3 Reasons why men can not lose weight

The women get all the attention when it comes to diet. If you do not believe me, just visit the section of the weight loss from your local bookstore. You will see dozens of guides that help women lose weight, but you will see very few books with men on deck. However, there is a widespread belief that losing weight is easy for men. I beg to differ. In many ways, I think the guys have more difficulties.

3 Reasons why weight loss is difficult for men

  1. Dieting does not have a masculine appeal. When you think of manly games, imagine low calorie recipe exchange? No, you probably imagine guy sitting on the couch, drinking beer, watching football and eating nachos loaded cheese and meats. At least that's the stereotype.
  2. Most diets do not take into account the objectives of the human environment. For example, most men do not want to lose weight. They want to lose weight. Most guys prefer to keep their muscles and just get rid of excess fat. To do this, they need to eat enough food and adequate protein. Just cutting calories does not work.
  3. Children are less likely to have an impact on the health of your weight. 'Realistic S, men do not like going to the doctor. They are less likely to know their cholesterol, blood pressure and general health status. For this reason, they can not be motivated to change their health weight.

Of course, this post was written by a woman, largely based on stereotypes. So guys, if you disagree, please let me know! Carillon on my Facebook (where many people share your tips!)
